We use information to provide the study workspace, save progress, personalize remediation, process subscriptions, troubleshoot issues, prevent misuse, and communicate product or account updates.

We do not claim to provide official FAA testing services, and your practice activity is used for exam preparation features inside PilotExamPass.

We use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, payment processing, analytics, email, and operational support. These providers may process information only as needed to support the service.

Payment details are handled by Stripe. PilotExamPass does not store full card numbers on its own servers.

You can update account details, manage billing, or request account deletion from the product settings or by contacting support.

Some information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, or backup integrity.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and study data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.
