You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity that occurs under your account.

PilotExamPass is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the FAA. The service is not an official FAA testing product and does not provide official test scores, certificates, endorsements, or testing authorization.

Practice exam simulations may match configured official time and score constraints where available, but they are not official FAA exams and do not guarantee an official test outcome.

The service uses FAA-aligned study materials, official references, and original or licensed practice content. Official FAA knowledge tests may include changing question wording and unscored validation questions.

You may not copy, scrape, resell, publish, or redistribute product content except as allowed by law or with written permission.

Paid plans renew until canceled unless a plan states otherwise at checkout. Prices, plan lengths, and included features are shown before purchase.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refund eligibility, if offered for a plan, is described on the pricing or checkout surface available at the time of purchase.

You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse trial or promotional systems, reverse engineer protected parts of the product, or use the service to build a competing question bank or study product.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product, exam data, provider requirements, or operational needs change.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

The service is provided for study support. To the fullest extent allowed by law, PilotExamPass is provided as is and without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or guaranteed exam performance.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PilotExamPass will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
